after arriving home from work, items in the pocket (wallet, keys, earphones) are placed into the pouch and flipped over.

a lamp that turns on and off by rotating its head
at work, the lamp is on with the black fabric exposed at the top.
when leaving work, the light is flipped and turns off automatically, revealing the felt blue surface.
