CUT² is a double decker cutting board system that allows easy sorting of raw and fresh foods.

Chop meat and other raw food. Push into the red container.
Flip to other side of cutting board.
Cut fruits and other fresh food. Push into the green container.
Fresh and raw food are separated into their own containers, which can be moved or refrigerated.
Designed for easy disassembly and cleaning.

Inspiration:
When making clay models on baking paper, I was inspired by the idea of non-stick cooking surfaces.
